My problem was that the VPS server I’ve been renting in Belgium had been working fine for 10 months but recently stopped working. Instead of shutting down that server and setting up a new one with a new IP address, for example, they recommended that I pay extra to upgrade my plan. But I don’t need additional addresses or servers: I only need one that works in my region. On top of that, they refused to refund me for the remaining time on my server lease. So I strongly do not recommend this hosting company for server rentals. I personally went looking for other providers. (my ticket id is 1859059)

Support doesn't care about your server's performance.
