Hi , I'm not Russian but I had used some of their services , and this is my experience in 6 months . 1- they have a lot of payment methods and you can use their services everywhere. 2- they have unlimited Bandwidth but their port speed is 1Gb/s and they can increase it ,( in some locations like Russia) 3-you can pay your services hourly!! most of datacenters don't have this ability 4-they have multiple locations from USA to Russia 5-very very fast support!! they'll answer you in 10 minutes in the worst situation.
